They will allways say it is your problem.... u need to argu back that it is there then they get all embrassed and call their manager over and then i got opligies etc and refund on call :P

I phoned them back, to say listen bud its not my bloody router!!!
and i got an Enlgish guy for once lol he checked some things out and said, yeah its our fault, something wrong with the Germany servers and they are fixing it now, but it may take a few hours as they only noticed the problem an hour ago.

He also refunded my call ^_^

In all fairness to VM. Once I got past the script monkeys and spoke to someone who knew what I was talking about, things started moving fairly quickly.

I received a call on my mobile within 20 minutes explaining that there was an issue with the Germany servers, then another call with 20 minutes of that from the engineers.

I know it sounds a bit wonky with them looking to me for the server ip's etc but they explained that they knew nothing about Guildwars and thought it would be a better idea to get someone involved that did. Gotta give them some respect for that.

With the exception of the script monkey on first line support, everyone has been fantastic.

HAHA! Willing to trade for Sky?? Last I heard they were taking Sky to court for their impossible demands on Sky One etc, oh and that it was ALL Sky's fault that caused people to leave...... not their childishness, nor their silly adverts...... but to say that Sky's just as bad as VM in all of this
